Our goal is to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days (72 hours). In saying this we kindly ask that during busy sales periods that all customers allow extra time, as we are a small family run business with little ones just like you 💛

  Australian Domestic Shipping:

  Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days after dispatch. Guidlines only.

  Express Shipping: 2-7 business days after dispatch. Guidlines only.

Q: How do I track my order?

Your tracking number will be sent to your email once it has been shipped. If you do not receive this number, please contact our team on info@ollietots.com -

Q: What if I put in my address wrong?

Please contact our team as soon as possible if you have entered the wrong address. If your purchase is returned to us and we are not at fault, you will be required to pay for the further shipping fee. 

Unfortunately we don’t accept change of mind returns. Our products make beautiful gifts, you could always gift it to another breastfeeding mama. If your purchase arrives faulty or damaged please get in touch via info@ollietots.com within 3 business days of your order arriving.
